Human first. Always.
Mental healthcare begins with understanding the self.
DHAT helps psychiatric clinics deliver more connected care.
What we believe
The session is not a place for managing systems.
In psychiatry, attention is part of care. So DHAT takes on what can be organised and documented in the flow of work, leaving the session between clinician and patient clearer.
DHAT is designed so clinicians spend less time managing systems and more time understanding the self.
-
Attention stays in the session
DHAT reduces movement between tools and steps, so a clinician’s focus is not lost in operational detail.
-
Context before abbreviation
Information is gathered and shown clearly, without reducing a patient’s experience to scores or separate fields.
-
Assistance with clear limits
AI helps prepare drafts and organise work, while every output remains subject to clinician review and approval.
The challenges we see
Complexity shouldn't get in the way of care.
Psychiatrists carry more than what happens inside the session: notes, assessments, consents, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up. When those tasks are spread across separate tools, continuity of care becomes harder than it should be.
The problem is not only administrative. It consumes the clinician’s attention, hides the clinic’s operational picture, and makes the patient’s experience less consistent.
-
Documentation burden
Writing notes and completing forms continues at the cost of the clinician’s time and focus.
-
Fragmented workflows
Information scatters across files, messages, and results, making daily work harder than it should be.
-
Administrative burden
Scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups create constant operational pressure.
-
Limited visibility
It’s hard to get a clear view of the clinic, patients, and outcomes in one place.
The DHAT approach
The person before the diagnosis. Care before technology.
We designed DHAT to help psychiatric clinics deliver deeper, safer care — through a complete understanding of the person, reliable information, and technology that helps clinicians focus where impact is greatest: the therapeutic relationship.

Responsible AI
AI that assists. Clinical decisions that remain with the clinician.
AI in DHAT is designed to support clinicians, not replace them. Safety, privacy, and transparency are built into every step.
AI draft — unsigned
AI draft preview in preparation
-
Clinical support, not diagnosis
Suggestions, structure, and supporting information — never clinical judgments.
-
Privacy first
Your data and your patients' data stay within your clinic.
-
Transparency
The platform makes clear when and why AI was used, and what its limits are.

The human decides
All output is a draft requiring clinician review and approval before it is saved.
The clinical note journey

-
Draft proposed
A structured draft is generated from the data and clinical context.
-
Clinician reviews
You verify, edit, and apply your clinical judgment and expertise.
-
Approved and saved
Once you approve it, the note is saved as part of the medical record.

Logged and reviewable
Every use of AI is recorded for transparency and quality.

Security & privacy
Privacy isn't an added feature. It's the foundation of every architectural decision in DHAT.
We build on a simple principle: your patients' data is your data. Access is limited by role and need, and every access is logged and reviewable.
Each clinic operates within a logically separated data scope above a shared services layer, with no visibility between clinics.
-
The person before the diagnosis
We protect dignity and confidentiality in every detail.
-
Technology in service of care
We enable your team without exposing your data.
-
Trust is earned through consistency
Clear controls, documented records.
Security controls
-
Role-based access
Each staff member sees only what their work requires.
-
Clinic isolation
Each clinic operates within a logically separated data scope.
-
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data is protected at every stage of transfer and storage.
-
Access logging
Every view, edit, and export is recorded.
-
Data minimization
We collect only what the service requires.
-
Individual accounts
One account per person, with automatic session expiry and immediate revocation.
We protect your patients' confidentiality the way you protect their trust.
- Your data ownership
- Minimum necessary
- Secure accounts
- Review and audit
Frequently asked
The questions clinic leaders ask before they begin.
Is DHAT only for psychiatric clinics?
Yes. DHAT was designed specifically for psychiatry, not as a general system with a mental health module bolted on. Workflows, assessments, and documentation templates are built around psychiatric practice.
What exactly does the AI do?
The AI proposes draft notes and summaries to help you document faster. Every output is an unsigned draft requiring your review and approval. It does not produce a diagnosis or any clinical decision.
Can I edit what the AI suggests?
Always. No note is saved to the medical record before your review and approval, and the final content is what you write.
Who can see my patients' data?
Only your clinic team, and according to role. Reception and administrative staff do not need clinical content and are not granted access to it. Every access is logged.
Does the platform support Arabic and English?
Yes. DHAT is Arabic-first with interfaces designed right-to-left, plus full English support.
How long does clinic setup take?
It depends on the size of the clinic and the number of clinicians. We handle setup and training with you, and discuss the timeline during the demo.
Do you provide emergency services or round-the-clock monitoring for critical cases?
No. DHAT is a platform for managing mental healthcare and does not provide emergency services or continuous clinical monitoring. In an emergency, call 997.
How does a clinic get started?
Through a tailored demo. We learn your workflow, show the platform in the context of your clinic, then agree a setup plan.
